On October 25, a joint venture agreement and a technical cooperation agreement were officially signed between a Chinese company and Korea's GHM Company at the Chizhou Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee. The two sides will jointly establish a China–Korea joint venture to promote the semiconductor tape manufacturing project.
According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to advance project implementation and technological innovation. The partnership is expected to achieve breakthroughs in semiconductor adhesive tape technology and expand market presence.
In the future, the joint venture will take the semiconductor tape project as a starting point to further enhance innovation and attract more Korean enterprises to invest in Chizhou, fostering deeper China–Korea industrial cooperation.
