Protected by dual 58# Polycoated Kraft (PCK) paper liners (4.2 mil / 0.11 mm each), these products offer outstanding lay-flat characteristics, precise dielectric insulation, and controlled gap spacing for automated precision die-cutting and electronic assembly.

· Premium 3M™ 200MP High Performance Acrylic Adhesive:
Delivers exceptional holding power and peel adhesion to metals and High Surface Energy (HSE) plastics (such as polycarbonate, acrylic, and polyester). Engineered to resist edge lifting, slippage, moisture, and harsh chemical exposure.
· Flexible Carrier Options (Transfer Tape vs. General Purpose & High Temp PET):
Offers both pure adhesive transfer layer construction (3M 7955MP at 0.132 mm / 5.2 mils) for maximum flexibility and conformal bonding, as well as General Purpose & High Temp PET carrier constructions for rigid structural gap spacing and electrical insulation.
· High-Temperature Operational Limits:
Performs reliably under short-term temperature spikes up to 400°F (204°C) and continuous long-term operating conditions up to 300°F (149°C).
· Dual 58# PCK Heavy Lay-Flat Paper Liners (4.2 mil / 0.11 mm):
Dual-sided Polycoated Kraft paper liners resist humidity warping and curl, enabling smooth rotary and flatbed kiss-cutting with burr-free edges.
