STK's High-Temperature Mylar Polyester Tape (0.05mm) is an industrial-tier single-sided protective shield engineered to survive severe thermal manufacturing processing. It pairs a calibrated, ultra-thin 0.025mm premium polyester (PET) carrier film with a 0.025mm high-performance cross-linked thermosetting adhesive layer, resulting in a perfectly balanced 0.05mm (50 µm) low profile.
Unlike cheap stationer films that curl, shrivel, or char when exposed to a fraction of industrial heat, our engineering-grade Mylar tape remains laser-flat inside high-temperature ovens. It locks out molten solder, aggressive plating chemicals, and powder paints perfectly, then peels away in one swift motion like it was never there.
